We collect the minimum information needed to run the business. Below is exactly what we keep, why, and how to ask us to remove it.

What we collect.

When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone (if provided), order contents, and payment confirmation. We do not store your full payment card number. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email only.

Why we collect it.

To fulfill your order, communicate about your order, send the newsletter if you have subscribed, comply with tax and accounting requirements, and improve the storefront over time. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Who we share with.

Our fulfillment partner (Supliful), our payment processor (Shopify Payments), our shipping carrier, and our email provider. Each receives the minimum information needed to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy practices.

Cookies and analytics.

The storefront uses session cookies to keep your cart populated and basic analytics to understand which pages customers visit. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting checkout.

Your rights.

You may request a copy of all data we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, opt out of marketing communications, or close your account. All requests are honored within 30 days at most.

Children.

The House of Cobalt does not sell to or knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our products are intended for adult use only.
