Yes. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $100 or more, before tax. We never tack on a service fee, a handling fee, or a processing surcharge. The price you see is the price you pay.

We currently ship within the United States only. International expansion is on our roadmap for late 2026. If you would like to be notified when we open international shipping, join the journal newsletter and we will write to you.

Yes. The moment your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track from your account at any time. We use UPS and USPS as primary carriers.

Write to hello@thehouseofcobalt.com and we will sort it. We replace damaged orders at no cost and we cover lost shipments without quibbling.

Every product in the house is manufactured in cGMP-certified, FDA-registered facilities in the United States. Our partner manufacturers hold the highest standards available to the supplement category, including independent third-party testing on the active ingredients we use.

We do not own a factory. We do not pretend to. What we own is the curation, the formulation choices, the design language, and the standards we hold every batch to.

Most of our line is vegan, gluten-free, and free of common allergens. Each product page lists its full ingredient profile and allergen disclosures. The whey protein and collagen products are not vegan, of course, since they are made from those source proteins. Check the label.

Yes. Every active ingredient is tested by an independent third-party lab for identity, purity, and potency before it is used. We hold ourselves to the highest standard in the category, full stop.

This varies entirely by product, body, and routine. Some customers report changes in days. Others note shifts over weeks. Supplements work best as a consistent ritual, not a quick fix. We make no promises about timing.

Most of our products are designed to stack with the rest of the line. Our routine guides on the journal walk through routines that combine well. That said, we are not a healthcare provider. If you take any medication or have a medical condition, consult your physician before starting a routine.

No. The House of Cobalt does not sell, distribute, prescribe, or manufacture medications. Our products are dietary supplements, formulated as foundational support for normal body structures and functions.

We cannot make any claim that our products treat, cure, or mitigate any condition. What we can say is that many of our customers keep a daily wellness routine that includes our supplements. The rest of the answer is between you and your healthcare provider.

No, ever, under any circumstance. We are a brand. We curate, formulate, and write about supplement essentials. We are not a doctor, a clinic, or a prescriber. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions.

By design. The House of Cobalt is a dietary supplement company. We discuss frameworks and routines as categories rather than specific medications because we are not in a position to make claims about any particular drug. It is also the legally responsible thing to do.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products are not returnable for safety and tampering reasons. See the full returns policy for details.
