Shipping and delivery.

Every package leaves the house carefully assembled. Below is what to expect once your order is placed.

Shipping rates.

Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $7. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Fulfillment time.

Most orders sit in fulfillment for about 2 to 5 business days before they ship. Larger orders (over 200 items) can take 5 to 10 business days in fulfillment.

Fulfillment is the window before your package leaves the facility. You will receive a tracking email the moment your order ships, separate from your order confirmation.

Delivery times.

Once your order ships, standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping (2 day) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery time is in addition to the fulfillment window described above.

Subscription shipments.

Subscription orders ship at the cadence you choose at checkout (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You may skip a shipment, change the cadence, or cancel at any time from your account.

Tracking and updates.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information when it ships. If a package appears stalled, write to us and we will reroute or replace it as needed.

Damaged or lost packages.

In the event of a damaged or lost package, we will replace or refund without question. Photographs of damaged packaging are appreciated but not required.
