SMS marketing terms.

If you opted in to receive marketing texts from The House of Cobalt, here is exactly what that means.

The program.

The House of Cobalt sends recurring marketing text messages (SMS) to subscribers who have given their express written consent at signup. Messages may include new product launches, restocks, sale notices, founder dispatches, and routine guide releases.

Message frequency.

Up to 6 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on releases and promotions.

Rates and charges.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Standard rates apply. The House of Cobalt does not charge a fee for SMS itself.

STOP and HELP.

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send and we will unsubscribe you and send a single final confirmation text. You will receive no further marketing texts unless you re-subscribe.

Supported carriers.

The program is available on most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent and eligibility.

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you submit. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the phone number you provide is accurate and yours to subscribe.

Privacy.

We use Shopify SMS to send these messages and store your number with consent records. See our Privacy Policy for full details on collection, use, sharing, and your rights.
