Prices are in US Dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those that appear fraudulent, were placed in error, or were priced incorrectly.

Intellectual property.

All site content, including text, design, photography, brand marks, and product names, is the property of The House of Cobalt LLC. You may not reproduce or republish any of it without written permission.

Limitation of liability.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
