Returns and refunds.
If the house did not meet your expectations, we want to make it right. Below is how returns work.
The 30 day window.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The return window begins the day your package is delivered.
Opened products.
If you opened a product and it did not work for you, write to us. We handle each opened-product return individually and most are resolved with a partial refund or store credit. Trust matters more than policy.
How to start a return.
Email hello@thehouseofcobalt.com with your order number. We will reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. Once we receive your package, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Subscription changes.
You may skip, pause, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect immediately. A subscription order already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned under the standard 30 day window.
Damaged or wrong items.
If a product arrives damaged or is the wrong item, write to us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at our expense, no return shipment required.
